I am a heart survivor. I suffered 15 heart attacks on one day just over a year ago. Since then, I have learned much about those things that we have to do to continue to survive. These include, but are not restricted to, eating properly, exercising appropriately, and managing your stress. Note that I am not a physician and I am not giving any medical advice but rather I am giving you the benefits of my experience and research. What I have been doing has been working, so far, and I want to share that with you.
The topics that I intend to blog about, initially, are covered under 'Topics". Those are my first thoughts and I'm sure that more will pop up.
